Our Mission
To empower separating /divorcing couples and families to be able to reach a fair and acceptable outcome for all concerned without the need to resort to expensive court and legal process. But still being able to make the agreement legally enforcible if neccessary.
At First Mediate we understand that this can be a difficult time with emotions running high and feelings very raw from separating. We provide a safe enviroment, with one of our mediators present, we will explain what happens through out the process in easy to understand plain english unravelling the complicated legal terminology used by lawyers and the courts, so you fully understand what you are doing and why.
Child Contact
Agree regular access for children to see their non-resident parent, so they can continue to feel loved and supported by both of you. This can be achieved by a mediator helping you find your way to agreement. This can be documented in a Parenting Plan.
Property & Financial
Helping you to sort out Property, Financial and even Business arrangements while remaining impartial. We facilitate positive conversation in a safe enviroment to help you find your way forward. Where neccessary we will signpost you to take appropriate advice, be it legal or financial.
